The Arc Jefferson - St. Lawrence Foundation is sponsoring a dance at Carthage High School, in conjunction with the Carthage Bridge Builders, on Saturday, March 22nd from 6:00 – 8:00PM. The theme this year is “Under the Sea”! This is open to all people we support. RSVP to Shennique at 315-836-1217 by March 20th.
